Environmental/Safety/Sustainability Co-op/Intern - Summer 2027

Responsibilities

• Support safety compliance activities related to OSHA, NFPA, and ANSI standards.
• Conduct safety evaluations, hazard identifications, and assist with safety audits.
• Assist with environmental compliance tasks such as air testing, chemical reporting, and waste management.
• Support sustainability initiatives including carbon footprint reduction, lifecycle assessments, and resource circularity projects.
• Collaborate on projects related to sustainable materials management and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum GPA of 2.5.
• Legal work authorization in the United States.
• Class status of sophomore or above.
• Ability to work at least 10 weeks, 40 hours per week, with reliable transportation.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license (exceptions may be considered).

Location

Opportunities are available in multiple cities across the United States.

Pay

Wage range: $23.35–$35.22 per hour, based on experience and location.

Schedule

Minimum commitment of 10 weeks, 40 hours per week.
