About the role

Join our Environmental, Safety, and Sustainability team as a Co-op/Intern for Summer 2027. This role offers opportunities across various departments, including Environmental Health & Safety, Environmental Compliance, Sustainability, and Circular Resource Initiatives. Positions are available in multiple locations including Ohio, Indiana, Alabama, North Carolina, and California.

Responsibilities

• Supporting safety compliance activities related to OSHA, NFPA, and ANSI regulations
• Conducting safety evaluations, hazard identification, and supporting safety audits
• Assisting with environmental testing, permit updates, chemical inventory, and waste management
• Contributing to sustainability projects such as carbon footprint reduction, lifecycle assessments, and research on green technologies
• Participating in resource efficiency efforts and circular economy initiatives like recycling and material reuse

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Enrollment in a relevant degree program (Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Chemical Engineering, etc.) with a minimum GPA of 2.5
• Class status of sophomore or above, with the ability to work at least 10 weeks, 40 hours/week
• Valid U.S. Driver's License and reliable transportation
