Environmental Remediation Project Manager

About the role

AECOM is actively seeking a talented Environmental Remediation Project Manager, with both internal and external responsibilities in Phoenix, Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the preparation of work plans and organizes project studies
• Interfaces directly with technical project manager and project team to deliver projects on scope, schedule, and budget
• Understand and incorporate client requirements in management of projects including commercial contract terms, change management process, financial performance KPIs, etc.
• Use client and AECOM prescribed tools to track and manage financial aspects of the projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and meet budgetary objectives, while adjusting project constraints based on financial analysis

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 4+ years of relevant environmental remediation experience and/or demonstrated equivalency of experience and or education
• US Citizen or US Permanent Resident

Preferred Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in site investigation and remediation
• 5+ years of project management experience
• Professional certification preferred (e.g., Prof. Eng./Geologist, Chartered Eng./Geologist, PMP, etc.)
