Responsibilities
- Serve as the escalation point for project performance issues.
- Drive financial forecasting and business performance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with project management and quality management standards.
- Develop solutions to client issues and enhance project delivery.
- Lead performance reviews to identify issues and implement improvements.
- Engage in high-quality client project management.
- Collaborate on business development strategies and budget development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent education.
- 15+ years of related experience preferred, including operations management.
- Strong environmental and remediation business knowledge with strategic asset management experience.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven team builder with demonstrated people management skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities.
Pay
$110,000 – $130,000 annually
