We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings where there is real content. Use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title. We need to include only sections that have real specific content. Let's parse the description. We have: - Pay Range: $70,304.00 - $90,077.00 Annually (DOE) -> Pay section. - Branch Location: 4142 Point Eden Way Hayward, CA 94545 (maybe minor metadata, can be short p or drop). Not a heading. - Core Values paragraph: could be part of About the role? Might be considered "About the role" or "About the Organization". There's also "About the Organization" later. We need to decide sections. We have "Job Summary" then "Key Responsibilities" then list of responsibilities. Then "Experience/Requirements" then list. Then "Safety Requirements:" etc. That's more detailed requirements. Then "Physical Requirements:" etc. Then "Working Conditions:" etc. Then "Travel Requirements:" etc. Then "Req Number OPE-26-00148" (metadata). Then "About the Organization" paragraph. Then "We offer:" list of benefits. Then "PTO Paid holidays Competitive salaries" (maybe part of benefits). Then "EOE Statement" (boilerplate to remove). We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. So remove EOE Statement. We need to preserve all substantive information. We need to decide which sections to output. Potential sections: - About the role (maybe combine Job Summary and core values? Could be "About the role"). - Responsibilities (list from Key Responsibilities). - Requirements (Experience/Requirements plus Safety Requirements plus Physical Requirements plus Working Conditions plus Travel Requirements). Could combine into Requirements. - Qualifications (maybe certifications etc). But we have many qualification-like items; could be part of Requirements. - Skills (maybe leadership, communication, etc). Could be separate. - Benefits (We offer: Full-time positions; Opportunity for advancement; Competitive benefits (medical, dental, vision, EAP, 401k and matching, and life insurance) PTO Paid holidays Competitive salaries). Also maybe mention "Competitive salaries" already covered in Pay. - Pay (Pay Range). - Schedule (maybe not given; no explicit schedule info besides maybe "Work after hours and weekends given our 24/7 business operations". That's schedule info: may include travel, work after hours and weekends. Could be considered Schedule. But we need to only include if posting actually states them. It does mention "Work after hours and weekends given our 24/7 business operations". That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section. But we must avoid filler like "not specified". We have actual content. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We could also include Qualifications if we want to separate certifications etc. But we can fold into Requirements. We need to use

for each section heading. Inside sections, use

for prose,

  • for lists. We must not repeat job title. We must not include Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; we can fold minor metadata into short

or drop it. So we can include Branch Location and Req Number in a short

maybe under About the role or separate? Probably better to include a short

with location and requisition number. But we must not create heading for them. Thus final HTML:

    Safety Requirements

... but we cannot use h4; only h3 allowed for section headings. We could embed safety requirements as a
under Requirements. But we need to keep semantic HTML; we can use
for list. So we can have a
for safety requirements. Thus under Requirements we can have multiple
lists: one for general requirements, one for safety, one for physical, etc. But we need to keep within the section. Simplify: Under Requirements, we can have a

            summarizing, then

              for safety requirements,
                for physical requirements,
                  for working conditions,
for travel requirements. But we need to ensure we don't create extra headings. Thus:
