Environmental Project Manager
Core Responsibilities
- Prepare ASTM Phase I / Phase II Reports
- Prepare MCP Immediate Response Action Reports
- Prepare MCP Release Abatement Measure Reports
- Prepare Health and Safety Plans
- Prepare SPCC Plans
- Prepare SWPPP Plans
- Prepare regulatory permit filings – Tier II, GHG, AQSR, UST
- Prepare soil boring logs, well construction logs, data tables, and maps & figures.
- Have the ability to oversee, direct, and perform a variety of field sampling – soil, groundwater, soil vapor, indoor air, etc.
- Have the ability to perform and direct field oversight for various programs – HASP, UST removal, soil excavation, borings installation, etc.
- Prepare budgets, scopes of work, and contracts/proposals
- Communicate directly with clients on individual projects
- Prepare technical and QA/QC review on project deliverables
- Manage projects including overseeing and delegating to support staff; managing scope, schedule, and budget; managing project sub-contractors; project invoicing; and client communication.
Essential Skills and Experience
- BA/BS required in Environmental, Engineering, Geology, or similar scientific field
- Valid drivers license
- Ability to pass a CORIOSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certification
- Experience preparing all or the majority of the reporting types listed in the Core Responsibilities
- Experience with project management and client management
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- 8+ years of directly-related industry experience

About the Role
The Environmental Project Manager will have the opportunity to work on exciting and engaging site investigation and remediation projects associated with state-led and federal programs in addition to supporting environmental management issues associated with regional infrastructure projects. This is a leadership position, requiring excellent planning and communication skills.
Pay
Salary: $90,000 - $130,000
Salary commensurate with level of experience and proficiency with core responsibilities.
