Duties

• Perform Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs)
• Perform Site Assessments and Groundwater/Water Quality Monitoring in accordance with Florida Department of Environmental Protection regulatory guidance

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience with Phase I/II ESAs, Contamination Assessment/Remediation Services, and/or Indoor Air Quality/Industrial Hygiene Services
• Experience with review of due diligence reports
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
• Willing to travel
