Job Description
Aid community members in writing letters or otherwise contacting their lawmakers on environmental and health related issues.
Identify volunteers to work with us in holding politicians accountable for their votes on environmental and health related issues.
Participate in occasional press conferences, lobby days, and other events.
Qualifications
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Cultural competence and a commitment to racial justice and equity
- Interest in non-profit or campaign work, policy, or politics
- Motivation to make real change on environmental and health related issues
- Enjoy connecting with people as part of daily work
- Preference for multilingual candidates
Additional Information
- Hours: From 2pm to 10:30pm, Monday through Friday
- Pay: $16 hourly during 10-day training program, $20 hourly post-training with performance bonuses
- Position Type: Full-time, long-term (4-5 days per week through Election Day, November 3rd, 2026)
