Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of environmental assessment strategies for large-scale projects.
  • Direct the preparation and review of Environmental Impact Statements and related technical documentation.
  • Integrate environmental, regulatory, and project considerations into planning and decision-making.
  • Develop and implement regulatory approval strategies aligned with project timelines.
  • Act as a senior liaison with regulatory bodies at multiple levels.
  • Facilitate Indigenous community engagement and stakeholder relations.
  • Oversee multidisciplinary teams and provide technical oversight of studies and assessments.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Biology, Ecology, Toxicology, or a related field preferred.
  • Professional designation such as P.Biol., P.Ag., P.Geo., P.Eng., RPP, EP, or equivalent considered an asset.
  • 15+ years of experience in environmental impact assessment and regulatory affairs.
  • Proven leadership in major resource and infrastructure projects.
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and stakeholder relationships.
  • Successful track record in obtaining environmental approvals.

Pay

$160,000 – $190,000 annually
