We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes "General Description". Could map to "About the role". Also "Duties And Responsibilities" -> Responsibilities. "Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities" -> Skills (or Qualifications). "Minimum Education And Experience Requirements" -> Qualifications. "Special Certifications And Licenses Requirements" -> maybe Qualifications or separate? Could combine. "Preffered Qualifications" -> maybe Qualifications or Skills. Also "Required" vaccination requirements -> maybe Benefits? Actually it's requirements. Could be part of Qualifications. Also "Salary Range" -> Pay section. "Job Type FULL-TIME" -> Schedule? Actually schedule maybe not given; but we have full-time. Could put Schedule section with "Full-time". The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. So we can include Pay (salary range), Schedule (full-time), Benefits? Not given benefits. So omit Benefits. Also maybe "About the role" from General Description. Also "Responsibilities" from Duties And Responsibilities. Also "Qualifications" could combine Minimum Education And Experience Requirements, Special Certifications And Licenses Requirements, Preferred Qualifications, Required vaccination etc. Could also have "Skills" from Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities. But we should avoid too many thin sections. Perhaps combine Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities into Skills section. And Qualifications into Qualifications section (education, experience, certifications, vaccination requirements). Let's decide sections: About the role (General Description), Responsibilities, Skills, Qualifications, Pay, Schedule. Check each for substantive content. About the role: General Description paragraph. Responsibilities: list of duties. Skills: Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities paragraph. Qualifications: Minimum Education And Experience Requirements, Special Certifications And Licenses Requirements, Preferred Qualifications, Required vaccination etc. Pay: Salary Range. Schedule: Job Type FULL-TIME. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Use

for each section heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Must not omit details. So we need to include all details from those sections. Let's extract text. General Description: "The primary responsibilities of this position involve inspection and enforcement of state and local environmental health laws, rules and regulations that apply to food services, lodging, institutions and day care centers." We keep that as paragraph. Duties And Responsibilities list: bullet points: - Perform State mandated, unannounced sanitation inspections of Food, Lodging, and Institution, Childcare and Tattoo facilities. - Investigate complaints from the public, medical referrals and community illness reports concerning suspected violations of environmental laws, rules and regulations. - Complete and maintain necessary records of these inspections and/or complaint investigations. - Conduct consultative visits with current, or potential, establishment owners/operators to build rapport as well as to educate on Environmental Health requirements. - Take appropriate permit action when facilities fail to comply with minimum sanitation standards, and/or when an imminent health hazard exists. - Perform office duties involving correspondence with the public. - Collect routine water samples for all regulated facilities. - Provide field training for new employees and other public health personnel. - Participate in educational programs that are required to retain REHS status (minimum 15 hours of continuing education per year). - Perform other duties as assigned. We need to preserve each as

  • . Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities paragraph: It's a long sentence with many abilities. We'll keep as paragraph. Minimum Education And Experience Requirements: "Graduation from a four-year college or university with 30 semester of course work in the physical or biological sciences and two years of exposure in environmental health; or a four-year or Master’s degree in environmental health from a program which is accredited by the National Accreditation Council for Environmental Health Curricula of the National Environmental Health Association and one year of experience in environmental health." Special Note: includes several sentences about correctional facility, ADA, intern registration etc. That's part of qualifications? It's more notes. We should preserve as part of Qualifications maybe as paragraph. Special Certifications And Licenses Requirements: "Must be a Registered Environmental Health Specialist in North Carolina .Must possess a valid North Carolina driver's license with a three-year acceptable driving record." Preferred Qualifications: "Registered Environmental Health Specialist candidates with current State authorizations in food and lodging are preferred.Bilingual skills (Spanish) desired." Required vaccination requirements: paragraph about MMR, Varicella, Tdap, TB baseline, Hepatitis B etc. We'll include as part of Qualifications. Pay: Salary Range: "$54,312.00- $92,264.00" Schedule: Job Type FULL-TIME. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, background check, ADA compliance etc. Those are to be removed. So we need to strip out the sections: "Americans With Disabilities Act Compliance", "Background Check Statement", etc. Also remove "This posting is subject to close without prior notification." and "Current REHS Candidates strongly preferred**" maybe keep as part of Preferred? Actually "Current REHS Candidates strongly preferred" is a note; we could incorporate into Preferred Qualifications? It's a statement preferring current REHS candidates. Could add to Preferred Qualifications bullet. But we must preserve all substantive information; we can include it as a line in Preferred Qualifications. Also remove "Learn more at www.dconc.gov." maybe not needed? It's not boilerplate but maybe considered navigation? It's a link; but it's not a section heading; could be considered part of About the role? It's just a promotional line. Might be considered boilerplate? The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. "Learn more at www.dconc.gov." is like a navigation link; could be considered navigation. Safer to remove. Also remove "Department PUBLIC HEALTH Date Posted AUGUST 5, 2026 Closing Date OPEN UNTIL FILLED Salary Range $54,312.00- $92,264.00 Position Number 40001150, 40008251 Job Type FULL-TIME This posting is subject to close without prior notification.** Current REHS Candidates strongly preferred**" We already used Salary Range and Job Type; we need to keep those. The rest like Department, Date Posted, Closing Date, Position Number are metadata to be folded into short p or dropped. We can drop them as per instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we could include a short p at top maybe with Department and dates? But instruction says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could drop them entirely. It's okay to drop minor metadata. So we will not include them. Now construct HTML. We'll have:
