Environmental Health & Safety Manager

About the role

The EHS Manager is a hands-on, individual contributor role at Regal Rexnord Aerospace facility. The position is responsible for leading and executing EH&S activities, ensuring safety and environmental compliance.

Responsibilities

• Drive a safety culture to eliminate hazards and improve safety metrics.
• Participate in process engineering events and conduct accident/incident investigations.
• Develop and implement safety programs and training.
• Manage regulatory paperwork and maintain safety data sheets.
• Collaborate with HR and finance to administer worker’s compensation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Health and Safety or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of EH&S experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of federal and state EH&S regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Pay

$120,000 - $135,000 per year.

Schedule

Fully onsite at designated Regal Rexnord office.
