Environmental, Health & Safety Manager

About the Role

Lead all site-level Environmental, Health & Safety operations with direct impact on business performance. Partner closely with senior leadership and serve as the site's EHS subject matter expert. Manage and mentor a team while helping shape a proactive, employee-focused safety culture. Enjoy significant autonomy to implement new safety and environmental initiatives. Gain exposure to complex industrial operations, regulatory compliance, and risk management programs. Responsibilities

• Lead site safety, environmental compliance, and risk management programs
• Manage regulatory compliance activities involving OSHA, EPA, USCG, and other applicable agencies
• Conduct incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action management
• Oversee environmental programs including SPCC, SWPPP, air permits, Tier II reporting, and waste management
• Supervise Safety Coordinators/Technicians and drive employee engagement through training and coaching
• Partner with operations leadership to conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and emergency response planning

Qualifications

• 4+ years of EHS experience in industrial, construction, manufacturing, or related environments
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and working knowledge of EPA compliance programs
• Experience conducting incident investigations and root cause analysis
• U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain required security clearance

Pay

$85,000–$90,000 + Bonus
