What You Will Do
- Collaborate closely with Plant Management teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement in environmental, health, safety, and sustainability (EHSS) practices across all sites.
- Leverage tools such as Power BI to streamline data visualization, improve reporting accuracy, and drive performance through actionable insights.
- Stay ahead of emerging industry trends, regulatory changes, and operational risks, proactively advising on potential impacts and mitigation strategies.
- Use strong interpersonal and communication skills to ensure EHSS programs are clearly understood, embraced, and effectively implemented at all levels of the organization.
- Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with functional leaders in Operations, HR, Continuous Improvement, and other key areas to integrate EHSS into broader business strategies.
- Serve as a key liaison between site leadership and the Corporate EHSS team to align goals, share best practices, and elevate performance across all EHSS domains.
What You Will Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental health & safety, Occupational Health, or a related field; alternatively, a recognized Environment Health and Safety Management certificate may be considered.
- Progressive EHSS experience in a manufacturing plant or corporate environment, with demonstrated ability to implement safety programs and drive compliance.
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic and an initiative-taking approach to achieving goals with minimal supervision.
- Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Apply critical thinking and data-driven analysis to identify risks, solve problems, and support decision-making.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships and fosters collaboration across departments to drive shared success.
- Proficient in using digital tools and systems, including Microsoft Office and data platforms like Power BI; experience with Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies is a plus.
