We need to output HTML fragment with headings for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate (cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions). Also must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits unless posting actually states them.
Let's parse the posting.
First paragraph: description of Chromalloy (company overview). That could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is typical heading for role description. The posting includes "Why work at Chromalloy?" and description of company values, total rewards program, etc. Then "Join our dynamic Chromalloy team as an EHS Specialist for our Orangeburg NY facility..." That's the role intro.
We need to decide sections.
Potential sections:
- About the role: could include overview of role, purpose, location, reporting, on-site, core hours, flexibility.
- Responsibilities: list of duties.
- Qualifications: education, experience, etc.
- Skills: maybe interpersonal, communication, computer tools, etc.
- Benefits: they mention Total Rewards Program: comprehensive benefit options, medical, dental, vision, EAP, wellness incentives, 401(k) with employer matching, paid time off, etc. Also mention development & progression opportunities, paid time off, etc. So Benefits section can be included.
- Pay: they mention "Competitive pay, including eligibility for quarterly and annual bonuses, depending on role and site." Also "The salary range for this position reflects a broad spectrum of experience levels..." So there is pay info. So we can include Pay section.
- Schedule: they mention "This is an on-site role, with core operating hours Monday-Friday and the flexibility to respond during second and weekend shifts." Also "This position may require work hours outside of the regularly scheduled hours to meet operational needs. This may include work during evenings, weekends, and/or holidays." So schedule info exists.
- Skills: maybe we can extract from qualifications: strong grasp of computer-based tools, highly motivated, interpersonal and communication skills, etc. Could be separate Skills section.
But we must avoid thin sections. Let's see if we have enough content for each.
We need to ensure we don't create sections with filler like "not specified". All sections must have real specific content.
Let's extract content.
Company overview: Could be placed under "About the role"? Actually "About the role" usually describes the role, not company. But we could also have a section "About Chromalloy"? Not in allowed headings list. The allowed headings are: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we must fit content into those.
Thus "About the role" can include role purpose, location, reporting, etc.
"Responsibilities": list.
"Requirements": maybe we can combine qualifications and requirements? The posting has "Qualifications" heading already. So we can use "Qualifications" for education/experience etc. "Requirements" maybe for mandatory items like must be able to work full time at Orangeburg NY facility, etc. But we can also put those under Qualifications. However we need to decide.
"Skills": maybe for interpersonal, communication, computer tools.
"Benefits": as described.
"Pay": as described.
"Schedule": as described.
We must not include sections that are just filler.
Let's extract each.

That seems good.

That's a lot; we can keep as
