.
We need to preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail.
We need to remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. There's none.
Now craft HTML.
First, About the role: combine intro paragraph about agency and position search.

Also Job Information includes Education: High School or Equivalent, Experience: 2 - 5 years (some discrepancy). We need to preserve all substantive information; we should not contradict. We'll include both statements? The Minimum Requirements says Associate degree preferred, HS diploma or GED, 3-5 years experience in EHS in lieu of a degree. Job Information says Education High School or Equivalent, Experience 2 - 5 years. We'll include both as separate
- maybe.
We'll create a list under Requirements.

Make sure no extra whitespace? It's fine.
Check for any duplicated content: We included agency intro and position details. Ensure we didn't miss any substantive info like "located in Cleveland, Ohio". Include that.
Let's craft About the role paragraph:
"Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (GCRTA) was formed in 1974 with the mission of providing public transit services to the 59 communities and 1.2 million residents of Cuyahoga County. As the largest public transit agency in the State of Ohio, GCRTA’s service options include bus, BRT, trolley, paratransit and three rail lines. GCRTA makes connections that empower individuals, neighborhoods, and communities to rise. We offer a wide range of comprehensive benefits and programs to support the health and wellness of employees and family members including health benefits (medical, dental and vision), a wellness incentive program and participation in the Ohio Public Employee Retirement System (OPERS.) The Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (GCRTA) located in Cleveland, Ohio, is searching for an Environmental Health and Safety Specialist to join our Safety Department and consult with all levels of the organization to support and maintain the positive, mature safety culture at the Authority. This position requires flexibility to work non-traditional hours while participating in an on-call rotation to respond to critical incidents during non-business hours/weekends."
That seems comprehensive.
Now Responsibilities list as above.
Now Requirements list:
- Associate Degree in Safety, Engineering, Natural Science, Environmental or related technical field or a two-year college or technical school certification or degree preferred.
- Must have High School Diploma or GED.
- 3-5 years’ experience in EHS in lieu of a degree.
- Education: High School or Equivalent.
- Experience: 2 - 5 years.
- Job Category: Safety - Fleet / DOT / Transportation.
- Position Type: Full Time.
- Industry Segments: Government / Public Sector, Transportation - Railroad.
But note that Job Category, Position Type, Industry Segments are from Job Information; they are not strictly requirements but could be included in Requirements section or maybe a separate section like "Job Details". However we only have allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We could put Job Category, Position Type, Industry Segments under Requirements as they are details about the job. Or we could create a separate section but not allowed. We'll include them in Requirements.
We must not invent headings; we can include them as list items.
Now Benefits: we already have benefits paragraph earlier in About the role; but we should not duplicate. The About the role already includes benefits description. However we need a Benefits section if posting has real specific content for it. The posting does have benefits description. We already included it in About the role; but we could also move it to Benefits section and remove from About the role to avoid duplication. The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. It's okay to have it in one place. We could keep it in About the role and not create a Benefits section to avoid duplication. But we need to decide: The Benefits section is optional; we should include only if posting has real specific content for it. It does. If we include Benefits section, we must not duplicate the same content elsewhere. So we could move the benefits sentence to Benefits section and remove from About the role. However About the role currently includes that sentence; we could keep a brief mention but not duplicate full detail. Safer: keep benefits in Benefits section and remove from About the role to avoid duplication. But we need to ensure we don't lose any other substantive info. The About the role paragraph currently includes benefits sentence; we can trim that sentence out, leaving the rest.
Let's rewrite About the role without benefits sentence.
