Environmental & Functional Test Technician

About the role

Responsible for conducting environmental and functional tests on various systems and equipment to ensure they meet specified standards and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed testing of electronic and mechanical systems under controlled conditions.
• Document test results and identify areas for improvement or corrective action.
• Work closely with engineers and technicians to resolve issues and enhance system performance.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety protocols and regulations during testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in testing and quality assurance.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of test equipment and methodologies.
• Experience with data analysis and report writing.
• Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical principles.

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to operate test equipment safely and effectively.

Pay

• $50,000 - $60,000 annually.

Schedule

• Full-time position.
• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
