Environmental Engineer
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct environmental assessments and site investigations.
- Develop and implement environmental management plans.
- Prepare technical reports, permit applications, and regulatory documentation.
- Monitor compliance with environmental laws and company policies.
- Design and evaluate pollution prevention and waste management systems.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
- Analyze environmental data and recommend corrective actions.
- Support sustainability and environmental improvement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or a related engineering field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred but not required.
- At least 1 year of environmental engineering experience.
- Knowledge of EPA, OSHA, and state environmental regulations.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and environmental modeling or GIS software is a plus.
