Environmental Engineer

We are seeking an Environmental Compliance Specialist responsible for developing and implementing programs to meet regulatory requirements at local, state, and federal levels. Lead coordination of waste management activities, including vendor relations, site management, inspections, and record keeping.Review chemicals for environmental compliance, document approvals, and collaborate with stakeholders before chemical usage.Support stormwater compliance efforts such as SWPPP implementation, inspections, and regulatory documentation.Oversee construction projects and contractors to ensure environmental standards are met, prepare compliance reports, and participate in inspections.Utilize AI and digital tools to analyze environmental data, identify risks, automate workflows, and enhance EHS programs.Support audits, implement corrective actions, and respond to environmental issues, including on-call responsibilities. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Environmental or Chemical Engineering, Science, or related field, along with strong data analysis, problem-solving, communication, and regulatory knowledge. Preferred Skills Experience leading technical or multi-disciplinary teams, supporting inspections, and working in construction and operational compliance.Interest or experience with AI workflows in environmental processes.
