About the role

We’re seeking a motivated Environmental Due Diligence Professional to join our growing team. You’ll work closely with experienced project managers and senior leadership, contribute to high-impact projects, and continue developing as a trusted advisor to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Applying sound judgment and technical knowledge to solve real-world environmental challenges.
  • Delivering high-quality, accurate assessments and reports.
  • Clearly conveying findings through concise written and verbal communication.
  • Upholding high ethical standards in all aspects of work.
  • Building strong, professional relationships with clients and colleagues.

Requirements

  • 3 or more years of experience conducting Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) and related due diligence activities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Strong critical thinking and technical writing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing projects and/or leading small teams.
  • Familiarity with Brownfields sites and redevelopment projects.
  • Experience working with real estate professionals on fast-paced, quick-turnaround transactions.
  • Experience with complex industrial or commercial properties.
