Key Responsibilities
- Regulatory & Permit Compliance
- Field Environmental Compliance Oversight
- Prepare records/documentation for regulatory inspections or document requests
- Review and approve technical documents
- Oversee field activities to ensure activities are compliant with current permits and other regulatory requirements
- Provide Environmental on-call support and issue regulatory notifications, as required
- Perform other duties as assigned or delegated by management
Required Qualifications
- Grade 18: BA/BS in Environmental Science, Engineering or related discipline and six (6) years relevant experience
- Grade 19: BA/BS in Environmental Science, Engineering or related discipline and eight (8) years relevant experience
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of radioactive and WA mixed waste practices and regulations
- Experience in regulatory inspections, field compliance, and negotiations with external stakeholders
- Sound judgment, transparency, and a commitment to safe, compliant work practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Compensation & Benefits
- Hiring Range: Minimum $109,013, Maximum $151,038
