Full-time night shift position at Mercy - Fort Smith.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning and sanitation tasks in accordance with infection control standards and regulatory requirements.
- Follow written and verbal instructions to complete assigned duties.
- Engage with patients, visitors, and staff in a customer service capacity.
- Perform manual tasks including pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Maintain prolonged standing and walking throughout each shift.
- Use physical movements such as gripping, reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting to perform duties.
Requirements
- None required for minimum qualifications.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Prior hospital environmental services experience (preferred).
- Experience following written and verbal instructions (preferred).
- Previous experience performing manual tasks (preferred).
- Prior customer service experience (preferred).
