About the role
Eberbach is seeking candidates to join our team in supporting the scientific community with laboratory equipment solutions.
Responsibilities
- Support engineering services and custom build requests for laboratory equipment
- Assist with product catalog management and international customer relations
- Collaborate on incubator and environmental chamber systems
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of shaker systems including reciprocal, orbital, hand motion, sieve, and vortex shakers
- Work with cutting mills, blenders, stirrers, grinders, and associated accessories
- Provide technical support and engineering assistance for laboratory equipment
Qualifications
- Experience in laboratory equipment or scientific instruments
- Engineering services background preferred
- Knowledge of environmental chambers and incubator systems
- Familiarity with shaker systems and milling equipment
- Strong customer service orientation for both domestic and international clients
Skills
- Technical aptitude for laboratory equipment operation and maintenance
- Ability to handle custom build requests and engineering projects
- Communication skills for international customer interactions
- Attention to detail in product catalog management
- Problem-solving capabilities for equipment applications
