- Coordinate with field technicians for repairs and installations.
- Respond to customer feedback and suggestions for improvement.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in customer service or technical support preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and electrical systems.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Pass a background check and drug screening.
