Environmental Assistant Staff Project Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Completing Maryland Department of the Environment Third Party Tank Inspections and requisite repairs of deficiencies
- Interact and collaborate with staff members on a variety of projects
- Attend project meetings with senior staff as requested
- Interface with contractors and other site personnel on project sites daily
- Keep supervisor informed of changing site conditions and/or additional testing requested on project sites
- Other duties as assigned
- Maryland Certified UST System Inspector Certification is required
- Bachelor and/or Master of Science in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or other Engineering degree applicable to Environmental Consulting is preferred
- Minimum of one year of experience is required
- If driving for, or on behalf of, any ECS subsidiary, a valid driver’s license is required
- Basic knowledge of environmental principles and applications
- Basic knowledge of permitting processes, environmental regulations, and environmental test methods
- Interest in project management, consulting, and business development
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds a number of times each day and walk on uneven ground through various terrains

Pay
The expected pay range for this role and location is $23-$28/hour. The final agreed-upon compensation will be determined based on specific location and other individual qualifications.
