Environmental Aide I - Samaritan - Part Time - Evenings
About the Role
This part-time, evening-shift position is located at Samaritan Hospital. The Environmental Services team provides a clean, orderly, and safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff in alignment with the mission and philosophy of St. Peter's Health Partners.

Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean rooms following all processes designated by training policies to ensure all areas, fixtures, and surfaces are cleaned daily or as assigned in a timely manner.
- Comply with infection control policies and procedures.
- Maintain good working relationships and communicate effectively with other departments, residents, families, and staff.
- Respond pleasantly to all requests and report problems to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor or Director.
Requirements
- Ability to perform housekeeping functions, duties, and responsibilities.
- Ability to lift, pull, and push up to 50 pounds.
- Basic knowledge of dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing.

Pay
Pay range: $16.20 - $19.74 per hour, based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The range may vary based on location.
