Environ. Service Technician-Janitor/Custodian- Full Time $14.00 Commerce Store

About the role

We are currently seeking a Full Time AND Part Time Environmental Services Technician (EST) at our store. This position involves making the store look its best through housekeeping and janitorial work.

Responsibilities

• Everything possible to keep our stores clean – that means dusting, mopping, sweeping, and polishing.
• Train to use buffers and floor scrubbers.
• Handle trash and bathrooms as part of your duties.
• Follow task outlines provided for all duties.
• Comply with ISO regulations, company, and state policies to ensure safety and security.

Requirements

• Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to push, pull, lift up to 30 lbs. with or without accommodations.
• The ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time.
• The ability to bend, reach, and grasp throughout the work day.
• You may work in various conditions including heat, cold, and dust.
• Ability to physically process (both loading and unloading) donated items with or without accommodations.

Preferences

• A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
• One or more years of housekeeping, janitorial, or custodian experience.
