Env Services Aide - HK - FT - Shift Varies

About the Role

This position assists the Environmental Services team in maintaining a high quality standard of housekeeping service by performing daily cleaning and restocking of patient rooms, nursing stations, restrooms, offices, and other assigned areas in accordance with established department procedures at Helen Keller Hospital. Aides are expected to display a courteous, friendly, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Responsibilities

• Ensures effective department operations by maintaining good attendance.
• Starts and ends the day correctly in accordance with department policy and procedure.
• Performs an adequate share of workload as determined by EVS leadership.
• Meets the organization’s housekeeping needs as indicated by the average monthly overall room score target.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in healthcare or public lodging facility preferred.
