Entry‑Level Plant Reliability Technician (Electrical/PLC)

About the role

The Entry-Level Plant Reliability Technician (Electrical/PLC) position at O'Neal Manufacturing Services (ONI Company) in Burington, KY is responsible for maintaining and improving plant reliability through the implementation of preventive maintenance programs and troubleshooting electrical and PLC systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on electrical and PLC systems to ensure optimal performance and prevent failures.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical and PLC system issues using diagnostic tools and knowledge of industry standards.
• Document all work performed, including findings and solutions, in accordance with company procedures.
• Work closely with other technicians and engineers to coordinate maintenance activities and share knowledge.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing plant reliability.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of relevant experience in electrical or PLC maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
