Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with work instructions
- Identify and address quality issues, collaborating with other departments
- Conduct quality inspections of products
- Collaborate with team members to support supplier production schedules
Requirements
- An eye for quality
- A strong focus on safety and adherence to safety protocols
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Flexibility to work overtime and support third shift
- A positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and eagerness to learn
- Military background is highly valued but not mandatory
- Previous experience in industrial manufacturing is a strong plus
- Proficiency in using hand precision tools is a plus
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship or U.S. lawful permanent resident (green card holder)
- ITAR-compliance required

- Mileage reimbursement ($0.67 per mile, capped at 100 miles per day)
