About the role
Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users, as well as our own staff. Serve as the first point of contact for many of our staff and users, shaping their experience as they transition to Epic and assisting them in saving lives.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver training sessions for Epic software
- Collaborate with organizations to develop their training needs
- Work closely with instructional designers to create training materials and scenarios
- Engage with physicians, nurses, and other care providers in both in-person and virtual settings
- Contribute to the development of workflow-based training content
- Participate in projects aimed at making Epic software more user-friendly
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or greater (any major)
- Prior education, teaching, or performance experience preferred
- A history of academic and professional success
- Willingness to travel 25-60% of working days, with a typical month including 1-2 trips lasting 2-4 days
Qualifications
- Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed)
