About the role
Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users, as well as our own staff. Serve as the first point of contact for many staff and users, shaping their experience as they transition to Epic and assisting them in saving lives.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver classroom-based and virtual training sessions
- Collaborate with instructional designers to create training materials and scenarios
- Work closely with organizations to develop their training programs
- Engage in projects to improve the usability of Epic software
- Provide support and guidance to users transitioning to Epic
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or greater (any major)
- Prior education, teaching, or performance experience preferred
- A history of academic and professional success
- Willingness to travel 25-60% of working days, with a typical month including 1-2 trips lasting 2-4 days
Qualifications
- Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed)

Schedule
Typical work schedule includes 40 hours per week, with occasional evening and weekend work as needed.
