About the role
Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users. Serve as the first point of contact for many staff and users, shaping their experience transitioning to Epic and assisting them in saving lives.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver training sessions for Epic software
- Work closely with organizations to develop their training programs
- Collaborate with teams to design workflow-based training content
- Engage with physicians, nurses, and other care providers
- Develop and deliver training materials and scenarios
- Travel 25-60% of working days, typically 1-2 trips per month lasting 2-4 days
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or greater (any major)
- Prior education, teaching, or performance experience preferred
- A history of academic and professional success
- Willingness to travel 25-60% of working days, with a typical month including 1-2 trips lasting 2-4 days
Qualifications
- Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed)
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience with learning management systems
