Entry-Level Technician

About the role

Lexus of Naperville is seeking a skilled and experienced Entry-Level Service Technician to join our team! As an Entry-Level Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair services on vehicles including oil changes, tire rotations, and basic vehicle inspections.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic vehicle inspections according to company standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and timely
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines while working on vehicles
• Continuously strive to improve efficiency and productivity

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience or a degree/certificate from an accredited program required
• Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance and repairs
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stand, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 50lbs
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay

$20.00 per hour

Schedule

Weekdays: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Saturdays: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM; one weekday off and Sundays off.
