Entry-Level System Integration Technician

Responsibilities

• Aid in the fabrication and assembly of components using basic hand and power tools.
• Perform basic tasks like wiring, soldering, and packaging under the guidance of experienced team members.
• Learn and adhere to quality standards for assembly and fabrication.
• Support installation of systems and modifications, both in the workshop and at field locations.
• Read and follow technical instructions, such as mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Must possess or have the ability to obtain an Interim Secret clearance and maintain a Secret clearance (US Citizenship required).
• Ability to learn and follow technical instructions.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools (formal training or practical experience is a plus).
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to develop new skills.
• Dependable team player who can follow instructions and work with minimal supervision once trained.
• Willingness to travel intermittently to support fieldwork.
