In this role you will primarily assist with basic assembly, fabrication, and system support tasks while learning new skills on the job. Training and Mentor-ship will be provided to ensure candidates grow and advance in this role. Work will be on site in Panama City Beach, FL. Occasional travel may be required Responsibilities Assist with the fabrication and assembly of components using basic hand and power toolsPerform basic tasks such as wiring, soldering, and packaging under the guidance of experienced team membersLearn and adhere to quality standards for assembly and fabricationSupport installation of systems and modifications, both in the workshop and at field locationsRead and follow technical instructions, such as mechanical and electrical drawingsMaintain a clean and safe work environment Qualifications EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or equivalentNo prior experience required; training will be provided1-2 years' experience is a plus, but not requiredAbility to learn and follow technical instructionsBasic knowledge of hand and power tools (formal training or practical experience is a plus)Strong work ethic and eagerness to develop new skillsDependable team player who can follow instructions and work with minimal supervision once trainedWillingness to travel intermittently to support fieldwork CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT US Citizenship requiredMust possess or have the ability to obtain an Interim Secret clearance and maintain a Secret clearance
