Primrose School of Hilliard at Mill Run seeks an Early Childhood Support Teacher to join our team. This position offers flexible hours, no nights or weekends, and no prior experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Support a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for children
• Aid in creating age-appropriate lesson plans provided by the school
• Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe learning space
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a supportive community
• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge
• Serve children's individual learning needs and encourage their social and emotional growth
