Entry Level Software Tester/Support Engineer

Duties

• Create test cases and keep an up to date list of test cases for the application.
• Execute test cases for planned releases and perform ad-hoc testing as necessary.
• Automate test cases using C# to continuously become more efficient with the testing process.
• Act as the first level of escalation for support issues.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Azure DevOps and/or C# will be a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be domiciled within a 30 mile radius of the 365Labs Baton Rouge Campus.
• Must provide a cover letter if your application shows a non-Louisiana phone number or address.
• An ideal candidate loves to learn, takes pride in delivering a quality product, and likes to move fast.
• Manual Testing is acceptable initially, but candidates should expect to learn to code and automate the testing process.
• The interview process involves creating test cases for mock scenarios and demonstrating basic programming skills.
