Responsibilities

  • Adhere to established departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards.
  • Repair, maintain, and ensure the general operating condition of slot machines.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electronic slot machine malfunctions with minimal guidance or assistance.
  • Replace parts and circuit boards which have caused malfunctions; may repair some circuit boards with assistance.
  • Utilize shop machines to fabricate standard or routine parts.
  • Maintain moderate skill levels in mechanical and electronic functions, with possible advanced skills in either.
  • Inspect, install, and remove slot machines.
  • Maintain player-tracking system and EZ Pay equipment.
  • Complete all regulatory and company operational logs/forms correctly (e.g., slot machine meter logs, parts logs, conversion forms, etc.).
  • Perform all other related and compatible duties as assigned.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality in all company matters.

Requirements

  • Applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license.
  • General understanding of computers.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be fluent and literate in English.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with guests and team members at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to interact with guests, staff, and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Pay

Starting at $20.00 per hour, based on experience.
