Entry Level Site/Civil Engineer – 3 Years Experience
Responsibilities
- Aid in the development of site layout, grading, and erosion and sediment control plans.
- Support stormwater, wastewater, and utility design processes and prepare related design reports.
- Collaborate with clients, regulatory bodies, and permitting agencies.
- Prepare permitting documents as needed.
- Conduct construction site observations and tests.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
- Experience with AutoCAD.
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- EIT Certificate (preferred).
- Professional attitude and demeanor.
Compensation
Salary commensurate with experience, anticipated to be within the range of $62,000 – 73,000 based on education, credentials, skill level, and relevant experience, as well as internal pay equity, geographic location, and business needs. This position also offers generous health plans, a 401(k) with employer contributions, bonus opportunities, and paid time off.

The ideal candidate will assist Civil Engineers and Landscape Architects on a variety of land development projects, including educational, sports and recreation, private, and government sectors.
