Entry Level Service Technicians
Summary
Stateline CJDR is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Entry Level Technician's to join our dynamic team. As a member of the Auto Industry, you will have the opportunity to work with household name brands, and learn and grow in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars, a strong work ethic and the willingness to learn and develop their skills.
Compensation & Benefits
The selected candidate will receive a competitive hourly rate within the range of $16 - $25 per hour, paid semimonthly. Additionally, they will have access to benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and employee discounts on vehicles and services.
Responsibilities
- Conduct diagnostic tests and identify automotive issues
- Perform routine maintenance services on vehicles
- Repair and replace faulty components
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines
- Keep records of all repairs and services performed
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Continuously learn and keep up-to-date with technical advancements
Requirements
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in the automotive industry preferred
- Knowledge of automotive technology and repair methods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Detail oriented with good organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Must have a valid driver's license
