What You’ll Do
- Canvass residential neighborhoods and knock doors daily
- Speak with homeowners and introduce bin cleaning services
- Educate customers on: Service reliability and consistency, Cost savings vs. current providers, Convenience of scheduled pickup
- Generate new customers and close service sign-ups on the spot
- Track daily activity (doors, conversations, conversions)
- Maintain a consistent pipeline through follow-ups and referrals
What We’re Looking For
- Comfortable with door-to-door sales and face-to-face interaction
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Able to work independently and stay consistent
- Positive attitude and resilience
- Sales or canvassing experience is a plus—but not required for motivated candidates
Compensation & Earnings
- Uncapped commission structure
