Description Velaz Solar & Roofing is looking for motivated Entry-Level Sales Representatives to join our growing team in New Jersey. This role is ideal for individuals who want to start or grow a career in sales while representing different types of home improvement services, including solar, roofing, and other residential solutions for homeowners. No solar or roofing experience is required. We provide paid training, ongoing coaching, and the tools you need to learn how to speak with homeowners, present solutions, handle objections, and build a successful career in sales. We are looking for people who are coachable, motivated, professional, and excited to grow in a performance-based sales environment.

Requirements

• No previous solar or roofing experience required
• Strong communication and people skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners and potential customers
• Motivated by growth, performance, and earning potential
• Able to follow a sales process and receive coaching
• General computer proficiency
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• English proficiency
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Availability to work Tuesday-Saturday, including Saturdays
