Entry Level Sales Representative

Surface Experts is an all-inclusive surface repair provider. We repair small damage to surfaces like floors, countertops, tubs, cabinets, furniture — almost everything!

Responsibilities

• Map your route and conduct 15 on-site visits per day to book work
• Log notes and metrics in our software and coordinate with your owner/sales team
• Handle light admin and prep from your home
• Participate in weekly sales coaching and ongoing support

Requirements

• Coachable — eager to learn, open to feedback, takes responsibility for results, and willing to run a proven sales playbook
• Curious — comfortable asking questions and seeks to serve customers by understanding them first
• Detail-Oriented — executes daily habits (routing, documenting metrics, sending follow-ups) that turn activity into revenue, consistently

Schedule

• Full-time during business hours (no nights or weekends)
• Majority of time spent doing in-field sales; minimal remote admin work
