Responsibilities

• Connect with homeowners and introduce Home Genius products and services
• Generate leads and build customer relationships
• Deliver engaging sales presentations
• Participate in ongoing training and development
• Represent the Home Genius brand in the field

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Valid driver's license
• Must be at least 18 years old

Pay

• Hourly pay plus bonuses
• On-target earnings between $65,000–$90,000 annually

Schedule

• Flexible scheduling
• Full-time, 8‑hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with weekend availability as needed
