About the role

Protek Pest & Lawn is a growing pest control and lawn care company known for innovative treatments and a commitment to outstanding customer service. We’re expanding into new markets and looking for motivated, competitive sales professionals to join our seasonal door-to-door sales team. This role is perfect for candidates who are open to relocating to or living in Florida for the sales season. Travel, housing assistance, and team support are provided.

Responsibilities

  • Engage homeowners face-to-face through door-to-door outreach to present Protek’s pest control and lawn care services
  • Educate customers on product benefits, treatment options, and service plans
  • Generate new business by creating conversations and identifying homeowner needs
  • Overcome objections and close new accounts with confidence
  • Maintain professionalism and uphold Protek’s reputation for service excellence
  • Contribute to team goals and help drive territory growth
  • Represent the company positively while working in residential neighborhoods throughout assigned territories

Requirements

  • Must be willing to temporarily relocate to Florida for the summer sales season
  • Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to work outdoors and walk neighborhoods for several hours each day
  • Comfortable engaging homeowners through door-to-door prospecting and face-to-face conversations
  • Reliable transportation and professional attitude
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to follow a proven sales process

Qualifications

Experienced Sellers: Background in door-to-door sales, canvassing, B2B sales, inside sales, retail sales, customer service, or telemarketing is a plus
Strong Communicators: Confident, articulate, and persuasive when speaking with homeowners
Goal-Oriented Individuals: Motivated by competition, performance, and income potential
Resilient Performers: Able to handle rejection, stay positive, and maintain consistency throughout the day
Coachable Learners: Open to feedback, training, and continuous improvement
