Responsibilities

• Own the top of the funnel: post jobs, source resumes, and contact candidates
• Conduct quick and engaging phone interviews (training provided)
• Schedule candidates with our local hiring teams
• Keep applicant tracking systems up-to-date and organized
• Hit weekly hiring goals in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Recent college graduate or someone with a strong interest in recruiting/sales
• Excellent communication skills, especially for phone interviews
• Comfortable working in a high-volume recruiting environment
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Competitive mindset, motivated by goals and incentives
