About the role

As an Entry Level Sales Executive, you will be responsible for prospecting and closing sales opportunities within the employee benefits market. You will work closely with our client base to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify potential clients
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients
  • Present solutions to clients, addressing their specific needs
  • Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 1-2 years of relevant sales experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
