Entry Level Sales (Base Pay + Benefits)

Green Star Exteriors is looking for motivated, energetic individuals to join our Entry Level Sales Team in South Brunswick, NJ. No experience is needed—we provide paid training to develop your sales, communication, and leadership skills while offering a pathway to a long-term career. Must have personal and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Engage with homeowners face-to-face in designated neighborhoods to discuss their home’s exterior needs (roofing, windows, siding, and doors).
• Educate homeowners on the benefits of our free, no-obligation inspections and quotes to improve their home’s value and protection.
• Develop top-tier communication and sales skills through hands-on training.

Pay

$70,000 - $140,000 per year (base salary + uncapped commission).
