Entry Level Sales

About the role

This is a launchpad role for someone who's never had a "real" sales job but knows they can compete and win. You'll work side by side with our sales team in our Phoenix office every day — learning the ropes, getting coached, and building the skills that turn into a real career.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new small business opportunities
• Make outbound calls and follow-up outreach
• Run virtual and in-person appointments
• Educate business owners on healthcare solutions
• Manage your pipeline and daily sales activity
• Close new business and drive enrollments
• Consistently hit activity and sales goals, with your team right beside you

Requirements

• No prior sales or insurance experience needed
• No specific degree needed
• No license needed

• Recent grads or early-career candidates based in or near Phoenix, AZ
• Any degree, any major — we care about work ethic, not your transcript
• Competitive and motivated
• Coachable and eager to learn
• Comfortable picking up the phone and prospecting
• Organized and consistent
• Energetic and resilient
• Goal-oriented
• Excited by uncapped commission opportunities

$70,000 base salary + uncapped commission
