About the Role

Diablo Tools is seeking an extroverted, highly motivated, and driven individual with 0-4 years of sales, marketing, or engineering experience to fill our Entry Level Sales Role. No prior knowledge of construction products or power tools is required—we provide world-class, hands-on training. This role offers a tremendous career track in sales and marketing with a focus on growth.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue by training and educating key personnel on the functions and benefits of Diablo products.
  • Demonstrate key features and translate them into consumer benefits.
  • Manage inventory levels, promotional items, and marketing campaigns, including creative cross-merchandising to increase product placement.
  • Organize a strategic and logistical monthly schedule.
  • Submit feedback from end-user testimonials and analysis.
  • Maintain technical and professional knowledge of products.
  • Overnight travel up to 40%.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (required).
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • 0-4 years of professional experience.
  • Strong desire to learn, grow, and advance in a sales career.

  • Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

Pay

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $55,000 - $60,000, with additional bonus opportunities. Individual pay within this range is determined by work experience, job knowledge, role complexity, and geographic location. The position includes the use of a company-provided vehicle.
